Behind HAIRSILK are founders Anna Devoto and Victoria Zhukova, beauty industry experts with more than 20 years of experience. Their journey in Dubai. began with just a single styling chair shared between two sisters. Working side by side, they personally performed every service and became known for exceptional colour transformations using premium Japanese hair products. Built entirely through reputation and word of mouth, HAIRSILK grew steadily as guests began travelling from across Dubai and the other Emirates specifically for their expertise.
